Q:  Why is it that my garage door will only go up or down if I hold down the wall button?  or - Why is my opener light just blinking and the door won't go up or down?

A:  This is a safety feature of the garage door opener.  There is either something in the way of the door or the sensor eyes are un-aligned.  Something may have bumped the eyes or it could even be the sun or weather interrupting the sensors.

Q:  What kind of warranty does Kodiak offer?

A:  Kodiak warranties the installation of our products for one year from the date of installation.  Depending on the issues you may be having, the actual manufacturer of the product may offer a longer warranty on the product itself.

Q:  What are the hours of operation for Kodiak?

A:  Kodiak is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
