Kodiak was started in 1993 in the Fort Worth area of Texas. It started out as a door and gutter company and has blossomed into much more. We do both residential and commercial installs and service work.  Some of our valued customers include Khovnanian Homes, DR Horton, Pulte Homes, John Askew Company and Way Construction – just to name a few.  We install seamless gutters, garage doors (regular and cedar) and openers, and vinyl and cedar shutters. We purchase our products from quality suppliers such as Senox Corporation, Spectra Metal Sales, Clopay Doors, Amarr, and Liftmaster.  Our main office is located in Arlington from which we service the entire DFW Metroplex and it’s surrounding cities (including the Tyler area) and we also have an office in the San Marcos area to better serve our south Texas customers.  This office runs under the name of Delta Building Products.    Kodiak is a strong, growing company and we look forward to many more years of doing business in the Texas area.
