Our cedar doors starts with a heavy duty
commercial steel door that is covered with T/G western red
cedar using a construction adhesive and fasteners.
We then overlay the base T/G with 1 x6 cedar to
complete the design you request. the interior of your door
is then finished with 2" think insulation and installed
using commercial hardware and track systems. Each door is
weighed and springs are calculated per our spring
